Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover your use of forgotdescription.garden and the referral service Forgotdescription Mold Help offers through it. When you use the site, call the number on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Forgotdescription Mold Help is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent mold inspection, testing and remediation providers. We do not do inspections, sampling, testing, removal, cleaning or repairs. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Run Their Own Business

The providers you meet through us are independent businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, test results, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We make no promise about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials. Ask for proof of insurance and any license the work requires. Get a written estimate.

Information Only, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not medical, health, professional, legal, insurance or financial advice. If you have health worries, talk to a doctor. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures. They vary by job and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider and your insurer.

What We Ask of You

Give accurate information when you contact us. Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, disrupt it, or try to get into it without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may contact you about your request. That can be by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@forgotdescription.garden at any time.

Ownership of Content

The content and design of this site belong to Forgotdescription Mold Help or its licensors. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Liability

As far as the law allows, Forgotdescription Mold Help is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any deal between you and a provider. The site is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to the Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
